Learn the basics of using a sewing machine in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment with step-by-step support to help you feel confident and successful. You can come to our venue, or we come to you!

You’ll choose to create one of the following projects and take it home at the end of the class:

• Tote bag

• Cushion cover

No prior sewing experience is needed — this workshop is designed especially for beginners.

What You Will Learn:

• How to thread a sewing machine

• How to wind a bobbin

• Simple pattern making

• Fabric cutting

• Straight-stitch sewing

• Finishing seams

All materials are included in the price.

Please bring:

*Your sewing machine and all accessories

*Sewing kit (pins, scissors, measuring tape, chalk, etc) Alternatively you can purchase one in class.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a new skill set and a beautiful handmade project — and the confidence to keep sewing at home.
